No.3 guitar is now complete and has been fitted with a set of nickel-wound Ernie Ball Super Slinky strings These strings are the same gauge as Francis uses (9–42) and suit the overall look and feel of the guitar.

    • Hi Mike, I’m hoping to put No. 3 up for sale this weekend (or soon after). It will either be listed as a Buy it now only item on Ebay or it will be a direct sale via the blog. The price will be £700. + postage.

    • Hi Uwe, both completed guitars are now sold I’m afraid. The necks are always salvaged parts and I always brand them as RR guitars. Any news on new builds will be posted on this blog.

      • Sorry, no I don’t produce anything like that and some of the parts are very hard to come by, so it takes quite a while to get everything together. I may start a new build later this year which might be a Rick Parfitt model this time. Best to check the blog for updates.
